Shared Personal Training
Shared Personal Training (SPT) (Strength, Speedball, Padwork and Rucking) caters 4 people/pairs in a group, at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Combining SPT with personal training (PT) supports exercise adherence. PT allows skills to be developed and refined, while SPT adds volume and variation across the week. SPT provides individual guidance, spotting, programming, motivation and accountability at fraction of the cost of PT.
Unlike large group fitness classes (GFC) that may have 10-50 participants, minimal individual attention and inability to provide suitable modifications, SPT combines the expertise of a personal trainer with the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside like-minded participants.
SPT is particularly effective for older adults and those who struggle with exercise consistency. Training in a small group encourages accountability, as participants support and motivate each other. This shared energy makes challenging workouts more enjoyable and builds long-term commitment to regular exercise. SPT also fosters social connection, which can enhance both wellbeing and performance.
