Padwork
Sessions combine individually paced padwork drills, skills and combinations that cater to all fitness levels, from the beginner through to the experienced athlete. Sessions allow new starters to build confidence while still challenging advanced participants. Clients can learn the fundamentals in Personal Training (PT) then refine technique in Shared Personal Training (SPT). Whether you want to increase aerobic capacity, improve your memory or simply enjoy a fun workout, Padwork delivers. Packed with variety, sport-specific techniques, interval and cross-training activities, Padwork offers variety, intensity and fun in a supportive environment without participants feeling like they are on display.
Padwork training is ideal for anyone starting a weight loss journey, as well as those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Drills, skills and combinations can be performed at high intensity with minimal impact to the lower body, catering individuals managing lower limb injuries or disabilities. Padwork is highly beneficial as a stand-alone activity and is also an excellent cross-training tool, complimenting most other physical activities such as dance, martial arts and team sport. Sessions combine social and technical aspects of individualised training in a group setting.
Whether your goal is to refine technique, improve cognition and memory, increase speed and power or simply enjoy a high energy workout that does not involve running, Padwork is a great choice. Please read the Padwork Procedure before attending your first session.
